Features

1) The hollow design supports the pneumatic automatic control of the front-top & back-pull chucks, which is convenient for the realization of continuous automatic feeding, precise high-speed and high-precision motion control;

2) Supports optional D-type precision chuck & ER series precision chuck & three-jaw chuck and other precision thin-walled tube clamping methods;

3) The range of precision thin-walled equal-diameter round tubes is Ø0.1mm～Ø60mm, the clamping range of elliptical tubes & square tubes is 40mm*40mm, and the wall thickness of clamping tubes is 0.02mm～3mm;

4) Built-in direct-drive rotary motor & high-resolution circular grating position feedback & full closed-loop control, the rotation speed can reach up to 600rpm, and the rotation repeatability positioning accuracy is ±3arcsec;

5) Support forward customized design of precision rotating shaft & precision rotating chuck & supporting self-adaptive precision thin-walled tube outer diameter tolerance change proximal guide clamping fixture;

6) Provide optional functions such as precision rotating shaft front and rear follow-up support fixture & tail tail length monitoring;

7) Modular design, compact structure, light weight, small size, easy disassembly and application;

8) The sealing protection grade is IP55.
